Vouray Skin Care accepts returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any purchased item for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. No questions asked. If you are not satisfied, that is all we require. We thank you for trying our products.
If you need to return an item, please email us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. We must receive your request within 60 days of your initial purchase.
Once you receive your RA number, please include it with your package and mail it to us at the address listed below.
Packages must be mailed within 5 days of receiving your number for your return to be accepted.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and processed the returned item, and you should expect to see your refund within 3-5 business days after that.

Vouray ships via USPS First Class Mail to customers within the United States. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt.
